Young Arrupe Philanthropists (YAPs)

The Young Arrupe Philanthropists are a group of young professionals with the mission to support the students of Arrupe Jesuit High School by advancing the vision of the Board of Trustees to make Jesuit, college preparatory education a reality for youth from the Denver Community.  As a group, the YAPs work to advance the mission of Arrupe Jesuit through: network building, community engagement, mentorship, collaboration and publicity/fundraising.

Service
Members of the YAP community volunteer at many different activities, including:
The Arrupe Jesuit Golf Invitational
Corporate Work Study Program Freshman Training Institute
Regis University Summer Writing Program
School Clean-Ups
Mock Scholarship Interviews

Networking
The YAP Advisory Board hosts frequent YAPpy Hours throughout the year at local bars & restaurants...a great chance to network with other young professionals, as well as introduce new supporters to the Arrupe Jesuit community!

Philanthropy
"Crawfather...a crawfish boil" was created as the signature fundraiser for the YAP community.  Held each summer, the event brings hundreds of supporters into the Arrupe Jesuit family.

SAVE THE DATE! Crawfather VII will be held on Sunday, May 21, 2017 from 12pm-4pm at the Denver Athletic Club!
