How the Program Works
Employee of the Month
Each month the Arrupe CWSP staff will recognize a student from each workday, who meets and exceeds the program expectations. Top student workers will be identified by positive comments we receive from their employers. The program also emphasizes the importance of being on time for check-in, avoiding absences and complying with dress code standards. Each Employee of the Month will receive school-wide recognition and a gift card from a store or restaurant.

The Workday Challenge
Each month, every Workday Team will begin with 200 points. The team with the highest point total at the end of each month will be recognized and enjoy doughnuts and juice at check-in.
The Workday Team will maintain their point total by:
- Checking-in on time
- Having good attendance
- Complying with dress code standards
Plus!! Each student can earn points for his/her team by:
- Completing an absence make-up = +10 points
- Receiving kudos from supervisor = +10 points
