Arrupe Jesuit High School Receives

Daniels Fund Grant for Internships

Arrupe Jesuit High School is pleased to announce that it has received an $80,000 grant from the Daniels Fund to support nonprofit internships through its Corporate Work-Study Program.  Arrupe Jesuit expects at least 36 students to be placed in internships at local nonprofit organizations during the 2011-2012 school year, enabling students to serve the community while gaining insight into nonprofit careers and funding a portion of their own tuition.

Arrupe Jesuit High School is a Roman Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory school sponsored by the Jesuits of the Missouri Province. Arrupe Jesuit serves economically disadvantaged students from Denver's inner-city neighborhoods, with projected enrollment of 330 for 2011-2012.
